love this app! love the colors, the borders, and the fact that photos go directly to your camera roll.

If this thing could be updated so the iPhone4 users can use their front facing camera that be SWEET!
Im a huge fan of both misskiwi and Polaroid-style photo apps so ClasicINSTA has always been a fave of mine. This new update, though, is just beyond awful. In its current state its a 0 star app. You cant choose a filter before taking the photo, instead you have to painstakingly swipe through slow-loading options afterwards. God help you if you like films such as Scarlet of Xprocess since it will take you several minutes to get to them EVERY SINGLE TIME. The in-app camera doesnt have any square indicators (despite this being available for the Squara lens in ClassicTOY) and you cant choose which part of the photo to crop so youre flying blind if you take a photo with this app. I have no doubt shell fix it, so you might as well get it while its free. Just dont expect it to be useful, or even usable, until the next update.
Version 6.0 has absolutely ruined the X Process filter effect & now non of your photos will look anything like previous edits. This X Process filter effect in version 6.0 is the worst mistake ever! Truly disappointed & now regrettably ClassicINSTA is useless to me.
This upgrade does not help at all. I dont understand why she even release this nonsense version. This app is out of my iPhone forever! R.I.P. ClassicINSTA.
Would have given 5 stars if Apple hadnt rejected the first version! I know its not the developers fault so my complaint goes directly to Apple!
Oh!...I like free version how picture comes out exactly like instant camera & so I bought this. However I find out that if you pick the picture from library I can not move the photo to right center or right position...Yes! Photo doesnt move...I think it a problem so please fix it will be appreciated. I like this application ...please! Also please add brown camera skin which you had too
Crushes down all the last week!
Its my lovely app.
With the last update you destroyed one of the best app on the store...
Wonderful, a version made for iPhone 5 that dont even open on iPhone 5…
I had been using a couple of other faux Polaroid apps for a while, and when I came across this app, it opened my eyes to a wealth of new possibilities! Great filters, great frame options, very pretty UI (although some of the text is small and may be hard to read/touch for some people), and it supports iPhone 4 hi-res photos! The only thing I would ask for is the ability to upload to sites such as Facebook, Twitter and/or Flickr. Also, every time I try to remove a photo from "recent shots" it reminds me over and over that my photo has been saved to my camera roll, which is kind of annoying. Other than that, though, this classicINSTA is great.
While I dont think this app is quite as innovative as this developers first app, I do believe the dev is sincere and will continue to improve on all of her apps. Im looking forward to updates. :)
This has quickly become one of my favorite camera apps.
if frames were thin, that would be better
Its a cool app, however the lite version does pretty much the same as the paid. I dont think its worth the download. Stick with the lite version. I wish I hadnt downloaded this. .
Reliable and beautiful photos. Keep the new filters coming; the scarlet update is fantastic.
I think I own all of this devs photo apps, and I love the frequent updates. BUT...I just noticed theres a free version of this app that has the exact same films and cams. What exactly did I pay $2 for? Why would u bring a free version later after all the gullible people paid for it. Other than Facebook sharing and geotagging its the same exact app. We can share the pics on Facebook without going directly through the app. Regardless, I like this app so Im giving it four stars. Give me something extra for my 2 bucks and Ill give the other star.
Its alright, I guess, but Id recommend Hipstamatic or CameraBag over this any day!
Im liking this app so far, the filters are nice and I like the borders. I also like that you can upload photos from your photo library, however, it would be great if we had the ability to scale, resize, and reposition the uploaded photos within the viewfinder. Some of the photos I upload get cut off in weird areas; being able to reposition my photo to get the best composition would fix this issue.
